Mr Learmonth joined Caledonia in July 2008. Prior to this, he was a Division Director of Investment Banking at Macquarie First South in South Africa, and has over 17 years’ experience in corporate finance and investment banking, predominantly in the resources sector in Africa.
Mr Learmonth graduated from Oxford University and is a chartered accountant. Mr Learmonth is a member of the Executive Committee of the Chamber of Mines, Zimbabwe. Mr Learmonth was appointed Caledonia’s Chief Financial Officer in November 2014.

Mr. Victor Gapare is a prominent Zimbabwean mining entrepreneur and, following the acquisition of Bilboes, interested in approximately 13% of the shares in Caledonia through Toziyana Resources Limited which is ultimately owned by a family trust of which Mr Gapare is the settlor. Mr Gapare was previously the Operations Director for the gold and pyrites business of Anglo American Corporation Zimbabwe Limited when Bilboes was part of its portfolio, prior to a management buyout in which he was involved, and is a former President of the Chamber of Mines Zimbabwe.

Mr. Johan Andries Holtzhausen is a retired partner of KPMG South Africa with 42 years of audit experience, of which 36 years were as a partner focused on the mining sector. Mr Holtzhausen chaired the Mining Interest Group at KPMG South Africa and his clients included major listed mining companies operating in Africa and elsewhere, which operated across a broad range of commodities. In addition to his professional qualifications, Mr Holtzhausen holds a B.Sc. from the University of Stellenbosch, majoring in chemistry and geology.
Mr Holtzhausen is chairman of the Finance, Audit and Risk Committees of Strategic Partners in Tourism and its related party the Tourism Micro Enterprises Support Fund, both of which are not-for-profit organizations. Until 28 February 2011, Mr Holtzhausen served as a director of KPMG Inc. and KPMG Services (Pty) Ltd, both of which are private companies registered in South Africa and which provided audit, taxation and advisory services. Mr Holtzhausen is also a non executive director of DRDGOLD Ltd. a medium sized South African gold producer listed on the Johannesburg and New York Stock Exchanges.

Mr. John Lawson Kelly has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry in the U.S.A and international markets including emerging markets in Asia. He has held executive management positions in globally active, full-service financial firms as well as technology-enabled financial services.
Mr Kelly was appointed to the Caledonia board as an independent non-executive director in May 2012.

Nick has over 45 years of mining experience, including 16 years spent within senior management positions in production and technical services in South Africa, Ghana and Saudi Arabia. He was Managing Director at Wardell Armstrong International, where he managed numerous multidisciplinary consulting projects in the resource sector. Nick served as Managing Director of Oriel Resources until its acquisition by OAO Mechel for $1.5 billion in 2008. He is a graduate of Camborne School of Mines and a Chartered Engineer. In 2013, Nick was named CEO of the year at the Mining Journal outstanding achievements awards. He joined Central Asia Metals Plc in 2009 as Chief Executive Officer prior to the company’s IPO in 2010, and assumed the role of Chairman in June 2016. He was appointed as a non-executive director of Caledonia in September 2019.

Geralda has over 25 years’ experience in Stakeholder Engagement, Corporate Social Responsibility, Community Development and Social Performance across Mining, Renewable Energy, Banking and the Social Sector. She has worked across Africa, Latin America, Australia and Canada.
In Mining, she has been a consultant to Anglo American, Gold Fields, Ivanhoe Mines and South32 on a range of ESG topics. She held senior positions at Anglo American, Gold Fields, Absa/Barclays Group and Ashoka: Innovators for the Public. Geralda holds a Masters’ Degree in Psychology from the University of Cape Town, an MBA from the Business School of the Netherlands and a post-graduate Certificate in Cross-sector Partnerships from Cambridge University.

Tariro is a chartered accountant and the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of MWJ Consulting Proprietary Limited, an advisory firm specialising in financial reporting and due diligence for listed and private equity clients within the mining, oil and gas and energy sectors.
Prior to founding MWJ, she was Group Chief Financial Officer of Efora Energy Ltd (“Efora”, formerly SacOil Holdings) at which she held various executive roles in the finance team over eight years. She started her career at PwC in Zimbabwe and subsequently worked in the Johannesburg, Baltimore and London offices, where she provided audit and financial advisory services including financial due diligence and strategy development to medium and large corporates in Zimbabwe, South Africa, the US and UK.

Mr Wylie has over 46 years’ experience in the mining industry in both mining and exploration geology. Between 1997 and 2005, Mr Wylie was part of AngloGold Ashanti Limited’s senior management team where he was responsible for the Company’s global exploration programs, mining geology and associated technical services, covering around 40 countries and 5 continents.
Mr Wylie holds a bachelor’s degree with Honours in Geology from the University of Glasgow, a Management Diploma from UNISA South Africa and a Postgraduate Diploma in Mining Engineering and Mineral Economics from Wits University, South Africa.

James was previously at Harmony Gold Mining Company Limited where, as Regional General Manager, he headed a complex portfolio of operations consisting of five mines and 15,000 staff, mining 450koz of gold per annum.
James has over 25 years’ experience in the mining sector in Southern Africa, including 13 years in leadership roles. His career has been primarily gold focused, but also with exposure to nickel, copper, and chrome mining. He holds a BSc in Mining Engineering and an MBA.

Mr Goodburn is a qualified Chartered Accountant with 15 years of experience in the energy and natural resources sector. He worked as a senior manager at KPMG South Africa where he provided audit, tax and advisory services to JSE, NYSE, AIM and TSX listed clients. He joined Caledonia in September 2014 and has been Group Financial Manager for 7 years.

Maurice is is an engineer with an MBA from Henley Reading University. Before Joining Caledonia, Maurice was a securities analyst at Stifel, a US investment bank, where he focused on the mining sector.
Prior to working as a securities analyst Maurice worked for 6 years with Anglo American in their Platinum and Coal operations based in both the Johannesburg and London offices.
Maurice is based in London.

Mr Chester is a dual qualified lawyer (England and Jersey, Channel Islands) and previously worked as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales at international law firms in the City of London and, more recently, as an advocate of the Royal Court of Jersey at an international offshore law firm in which he was a partner.
He has extensive experience advising businesses and individuals on a variety of commercial and corporate legal issues. Mr Chester was appointed General Counsel, Company Secretary and Head of Risk and Compliance in January 2017.

Previous to that she was at Euromoney Institutional Investor a global B2B information-services business providing actionable data, analysis and intelligence.

Elton holds a BSc. (Hons) Mining Engineering from The University of Zimbabwe and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the National University of Science and Technology. Completed Management Development Program and Senior Executive Development Program with GIBBS and Harvard Business School.
He has over 17years of mining experience with Buchwa Iron Mining, Pan African Mining and How Mine in various capacities from Graduate Engineer, Mine Captain, Underground Manager and Mine Manager.
He is the current President of the Association of Mine Managers of Zimbabwe as well as the President of the Mine Rescue Association of Zimbabwe.

Leonét is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Certified Information Systems Auditor. She was previously employed at PwC where she worked predominantly in the Mining Sector.
Her key focus areas were IT risks and controls, Sarbanes-Oxley consulting projects as well as various consulting and audit engagements on listed clients.
She joined Caledonia Mining in January 2021.

Craig is a geologist with over 32 years of experience in the mining industry. He started his career as a bursary student with Gold Fields of South Africa before moving onto Harmony Gold Mines. He progressed to Group Mineral Resource Manager, was involved in numerous due diligence exercises relating to acquisitions and became part of the change management team with new acquisitions.
He was a Principal Consultant in Australia and consulted on numerous projects involving gold, copper, uranium, and iron ore, across various localities including Africa, Australia, Asia and Europe. Craig was heavily involved in the startup of the Pickstone-Peerless Open Pit Gold mine in Zimbabwe. He oversaw the startup and operation of the open pit Manaila Copper Mine and the refurbishment of the underground Baita Plai Polymetallic Mine, both in Romania.

Colleen Parkins hold a MSc (Zoology) and MSc (Quantitative Resource Ecology) from the University of Cape Town, an MBA (Wits Business School) and a Masters in Disaster Management (University of the Free State). She has more than 25 years experience in the field of environmental management and ESG in the mining industry in various roles including Environmental Management Co-ordinator at Namdeb Diamond Corporation, Manager – Environmental Services for De Beers Consolidated Mines, Environmental Consultant at Metago Environmental Engineers (now SLR Consulting), Group Manager – Environment and Community at Metorex Mining Limited and ESG Manager at Andrada Mining. She is a registered Professional Natural Scientist with the South African Council for Natural Scientific Professions).
