ZIMBABWE OPERATIONS
Caledonia Mining Corporation Plc (“Caledonia”) is a Zimbabwe-focused gold mining, development and exploration company. The Company owns a 64% interest in the producing Blanket Mine and a portfolio of high-quality growth assets, including the Bilboes Sulphide Project and the Motapa and Maligreen gold claims.
Having successfully expanded Blanket’s production to approximately 75,000 ounces per year, Caledonia’s strategy is centred on sustaining strong operational performance at Blanket while advancing Bilboes and developing a portfolio of growth opportunities that support its ambition to become Zimbabwe’s leading multi-asset gold producer.
Following the publication of the Bilboes Feasibility Study in November 2025, Caledonia commenced implementation of a four-part funding strategy designed to advance the project while preserving shareholder value.
